Price is per glass.
Each glass is hand painted with glass paint then fired in a kiln that fuses the paint to the glass. This means that every glass is unique, the glass you get in the mail may not be an exact match as the glass in the photo.  
The large wine glasses are roughly the size of a typical red wine glass, and the small wine glasses are roughly the size of a typical white wine glass.
